ABOUT
Toothfish began in 2019 when James Cameron’s Avatar sequels required groundbreaking solutions for monitoring and playback systems. Our team rose to the challenge, becoming the first in the world to deploy a 4K HDR HFR 3D on-set ecosystem. Since then, we have continued to grow and adapt, developing cutting-edge tools and techniques to realise the creative vision of productions large and small.
With many decades of experience working in Motion Capture, Motion Control, Simulcam, Stereography, Virtual Reality, Virtual Production and more, the Toothfish team has been essential in providing workflow solutions for some of the most complex productions ever made. At the same time, we always ensure we excel in the basics: using the best people to operate the best equipment for Video playback, DIT, Dailies and Data wrangling.
